Thanks to Ted's quick programming, a slight new tweak: You can now, under your account page, click a text link that tells us that you're at the pickup location.
I hope this will eliminate the issues we've been having with people arriving and getting forgotten. It will send us a message and place it foremost in our list to take care of it ASAP.
