Newest additions:
- Delivery is now a slot-based system. Each contractor (including DoT internal staff) has a set number of slots based on their pilots. Delivery will only be an available option if there is a slot open, else it will not even show as an option.
- Additional Hubs are now available once their construction completes. This means that a customer can, for free, ask for an order to be delivered to a hub, or picked up at a hub (depending on the type of hub).

This also means that additional hub sites are now available. If your faction or government would like to be a new addition to the DoT hub network, just let us know! We would be glad to start talks about adding another hub. Long-term, DoT envisions a full-galaxy hub network not only used in our sales but for your logistics needs also!
